Shipping & Return Policy
Orders are processed in 2 business days. Processing occurs Monday-Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day not including holidays. Shipping and Billing address must match or be verified by Paypal (for alternative address) or order will be cancelled.
Once the order is shipped it will arrive within the time frame selected at checkout. Shipping will not change processing time. Once the order is shipped a confirmation tracking number will be sent via email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to appear in the courier’s system. Please note that the expected delivery date is provided by the courier, and is subject to change. For any questions, please contact the courier directly.
All orders require signature confirmation to ensure packages are received.

Due sanitary reasons we do not offer refunds. We do not process cancellations after the order has been placed. All hair sales are final.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS PURCHASED ONLINE FROM YAVEA HAIR COLLECTION:
Customers are not allowed a refund or exchange for digital products accessed online and purchased directly from Yavea Hair Collection. Digital products which are downloadable through a secure link, such as certain PDF or eBooks are not eligible for return.
