SALES:

Due sanitary reasons we do not offer refunds. We do not process cancellations after the order has been placed. All hair and hair care products are final sale. Due to the nature of our products, we do not provide exchanges; there are no exceptions to our no refund/exchange policy. Any questions or concerns please contact us by email at info@yaveahair.com. 

PRODUCTS:

Hair: Our products go through a precise process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear online. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Hair Care: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our site, however, due to the 100% hand crafting manufacturing process we cannot guarantee that any color will be accurate. Due to the nature of natural products, herbal extracts and natural botanicals may be seen in hair and cosmetic products. This does not change the efficacy of the product and is not cause for concern. All Yavea Hair Collection products sold on this website are intended for cosmetic applications applied externally to the hair. Do not use this product for anything other than its intended use. Note that during seasonal temperature changes natural products can become thinner or thicker. We cannot replace your product if it is not the viscosity that you expected. Natural ingredients do vary from lot to lot and thus a finished product can have slight variations. All of our products and ingredients are carefully chosen for quality and are manufactured under GMP Standards. Products are guaranteed for up to 12 months from day of receipt.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS PURCHASED ONLINE FROM YAVEA HAIR COLLECTION:

Customers are not allowed a refund or exchange for digital products accessed online and purchased directly from Yavea Hair Collection. Digital products which are downloadable through a secure link, such as certain PDF or eBooks are not eligible for return.

CANCELLATIONS:
 
Orders cannot be cancelled after order placement. There are no exceptions. Yavea Hair Collection is not responsible for order placement mistakes made by the buyer. No exceptions. After order placement the sale is considered FINAL. Yavea Hair Collection in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, with or without cause or reason. We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction and professionalism and expect the same respect from all customers. In the event of conflicting interests, disputes, or policy violation, Yavea Hair Collection reserves the right to refuse future service and refund all monies paid by the customer (unless order has already been filled and/or shipped) without notice. Yavea Hair Collection reserves the right to cancel pending orders for issues due to failure/refusal to review/agree to our Terms and Conditions Agreement, suspicious activity/unverified and unconfirmed accounts and conflict. No exceptions.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:

If any product is out of stock or unavailable we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your debit/credit card. All refunds will be returned with 3 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post transaction.

CONSENT:

Yavea Hair Collection will not provide or sell any of your personal details or any credit card information to third parties (excluding partners from whom you may have linked to our site) without your permission.

The security of your personal information is very important to us. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
